The Task:

  1. Choose a Company in the world 

  2. Provide a Short Summary of the Business Model and Products Sold

  3. Analyze the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the market

  4. Describe the Target Audience

  5. Develop 1-3 New Business Models, Enhance Existing Technology, or Create a New Innovation

  6. Explain and introduce 1-2 ways that the solution can be implemented in society (i.e. by individuals or governments)

  7. Explain the Benefits and Potential Impact. Focus on crafting a practical and impactful solution that demonstrates creativity, feasibility, and the potential for scalability.

Checklist for Submission

  1. Make sure you have REGISTERED for the competition via the “Register Now” button

  2. Looked through the “competitor resources” to help with your submission?

  3. The pitch fits all the necessary criteria on the pitch template (access in competitor resources)

  4. Ensure your video is 3-5 minutes long, you are ineligible for awards if it is under or exceeds this limit

  5. Uploaded your video to YouTube with the hashtag #brightskychallenge? If not, please create an account on YouTube and upload your pitch

  6. Is the video file in one of these formats (mp4, qt, webm, mov, wmv, flv)?

  7. Rename your file as YourName(or group name)_BrightSky_ProductName.mp4

  8. If you are in a team, please only submit ONE form with all the member’s names inside the video
